This will help every beginner transition over to a more plant-based eating lifestyle while at the same time saving you money.
This workshop is an introduction to plant-based eating. Plant-based eating is giving your body the nutrients it needs to function from a space of joy. Consider this a beginner’s guide for intentional eating. You will learn how to eat for joy. And joy based eating forces us to listen to our bodies and in return give it exactly what it needs.
