The Artist's Way Week 3 - Recovering Your Power

WEEK 3 NOW AVAILABLE ON YOUTUBE!

Week 3 is all about recovering our sense of power. We are beginning to realize what our boundaries are. We are noticing how telling anger really is. Anger isn’t all about rage and being passionately upset. Anger tells us a lot about ourselves. It shows us what our boundaries are. The week asks us to dig deep into our emotions and how to properly understand them.

This chapter also asks us to pay attention to how things are falling into alignment for us. Start to notice what’s working and flowing in your life. What’s just starting to click? When we think about the things that we pray for - are we also thinking about who we need to become to handle those blessings? Are we also asking for self-discipline, patience, and forgiveness?
