Morning My People!
After work today, I stopped by Brooklyn Crepe and purchased an energy cleansing drink. I'm really into sweet drinks and foods, so if you have a sweet tooth like myself this would be awesome for you. It does have an acquired taste but for the most part its really good.
Ingredients: Cucumber, Beet, Lemon, Apple, Carrot, and Bee Pollen. The Bee Pollen is what is supposed to give you all the energy you need for the day.
I had it about an hour ago and I am wired!! Heading to a Kickboxing/Jiu Jitsu and Cross Training. Two fitness classes in a day may be overwhelming, but I haven't exercised in about two weeks. I had a lot going on and completely fell off my wagon for a brief moment. But I'm back, and there is no time like the present. I almost forgot how excited working out makes me. It just puts me in a better mood, every time.
I had an apple and two clementines for breakfast today. I know it sounds super cliche but breakfast really is the most important meal of the day. You want to fill it with way more nutrition and vitamins than what I had this morning. I was in a rush for work, so I didn't want to slack off. I'm completely cutting bread out of my diet for the next month until I am at my desired weight. With my height (5'10 1/2) my desired weight is 115-118 lbs. Yes, that goes below my BMI but this is the sacrifice I'm willing to take to be who I need to be. I've struggled with my weight for quite some time now. I am consistent with working out (well not lately, but you know). I used to be 145lbs about 2 years ago and now I am 128 lbs. I literally have 10-12 lbs to go and i feel awesome. I am slim but I am not skinny. I would like to be firm and fit. If that's going to make me appear skinny then so be it. I want to be strong and I know that I want to have less than 10% body fat. Sounds like a stretch right? But I'm so down for this weight, fitness, nutrition, modeling, signed lol kinda journey. Hope you're with me =)
