I didn’t always live in alignment with my body. For years, I worked in the fashion industry. I’ve always been tall, lean, and on the outside, the perfect picture of health. But behind the scenes, I struggled with fad diets, fasting, and an unsustainable lifestyle that left me sick, drained, and disconnected from myself.

That turning point became my catalyst. I traded the runway for the gym, becoming a personal trainer specializing in nutrition and corrective exercise. For five years, I worked with clients on building strength, healing injuries, and moving with proper form. But I realized that movement and nutrition were only part of the story. True health isn’t just about food or fitness. It’s about how we live, love, nourish every area of our lives and how we manage our stress. This all affects the way we eat and show up for ourselves.

That is when I went deeper. Today, as a Certified Holistic Nutrition Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition my work is centered on helping people eat for energy, create daily habits that feel good, and build joyful, harmonious relationships with food and with themselves.

For me, food is only one piece of the diet. Your “diet” also includes your morning routine, your nighttime rituals, the way you move, the books you read, the music you play, the people you follow, the thoughts you entertain, and the energy you carry into your future self. Every part of your life is feeding you — the question is, does it nourish you or drain you?

I guide my clients and community to:

  • Build gut-friendly habits that actually stick.

  • Learn how to plate meals that fuel energy and digestion.

  • Process emotions without turning to food.

  • Redefine wellness as a lifestyle, not a quick fix.

From one-on-one nutrition counseling, wellness workshops, group coaching programs, and e-books to holistic offerings, my mission is to inspire a life and career that brings fulfillment, joy, and self-care.

My philosophy is simple: health is holistic. When we honor the mind, body, and spirit together, everything shifts. Digestion improves, energy expands, relationships flourish, and self-trust grows.
