I didn’t arrive here because I always lived well. I arrived here because I didn’t.
For years, I lived in a body that looked healthy on the outside but felt disconnected on the inside. The fashion industry taught me how to appear well. My body taught me what it meant to be well.
Chronic fatigue, restrictive eating, and stress-led habits led me to a breaking point. What I thought was ‘discipline’ was actually disconnection. What I called ‘health’ was performance.
That collapse became my catalyst.
I left the runway and became a personal trainer, studying nutrition, corrective exercise, and the mechanics of the body. But the deeper I went, the more obvious it became:
Food isn’t the whole diet. Your life is.
Your diet is:
your morning routine
your nighttime rituals
your relationships
your thoughts
your screen time
your coping habits
your creative practices
your internal dialogue
Every part of your life is feeding you. The real question is: Is it nourishing you — or draining you?
And it’s important to take a moment to be honest about that.
Today, my work centers on teaching people how to:
✔ build gut-friendly habits that actually stick.
✔ learn how to plate meals that fuel energy and digestion.
✔ process emotions without turning to food
✔ understand cravings instead of battling with them
✔ live their wellness instead of restarting it
My philosophy is simple:
Wellness isn’t something you try harder at. It’s something you return to daily.
When we honor the mind, body, and spirit together, digestion improves, energy expands, cravings quiet down, and habits finally stick. This isn’t a quick fix. It’s a way of living. This is how we build self-trust.
