I do not believe in fad diets. Fad diets fail because they do not teach you how to listen to your body.  I offer fresh insights to create healthy, sustainable, lasting change. I am here to help you transform your relationship with food and together we can discover who you are as an emotional eater. Because eating is so powerful. It affects the way we feel, the way we think and it has everything to do with our personal growth and transformation. After we eat we should feel radiant, vibrant, and powerful. I believe in holistic movement. If Monday, you want to hit the gym, but go to Yoga on Tuesday, Wednesday go pole dancing, Thursday go to a Pilates class, Friday dance all night, Saturday take a Spin class, by all means -- move that body. My focus is to encourage you to help you discover the workouts that make you the most happiest. Get moving the way you want to. Studies show that exercise helps with depression, anxiety, and stress. The more you move, the better you will feel. I suggest highly effective workout tips and private online personal training lessons to get your to your body goals. I will help you create a habit of what feels good to your body and for your body. Take control over your body, your happiness, your inner peace.

Traveling always does this weird thing where it reminds me that the world is so much bigger than myself and my problems. There’s so much to see, there’s so much to experience and I always learn something fascinating about myself in each country. This reminds me to be patient with myself and others. Traveling also challenges us to get off our phones and focus on the present moment. At the end of my travels I feel recharged to attack my dreams and goals. It’s so important for us to do more things that set our soul on fire, that makes us feel alive, that fulfills us. Traveling does that for me. Here I talk a lot about traveling, exercise tips when abroad and how to continue to eat and feel good no matter where you are in the world.

Now this is alllllll about TLC. Giving yourself a whole lot of self-love and self-care. This is not a luxury but a necessity. We need this in our lives and we need it every single day. We cannot be the best versions of ourselves to anybody in the world if we do not treat ourselves to some love and attention. You can’t give what you don’t got.

Often times as women we feel as though we’re too busy, or well get around to it later, or someone else needs us right now and I completely understand that but we are doing ourselves a disservice but neglecting our bodies, our minds, our hearts, our souls. Not only do we tend to carry our own emotional trauma from situation to situation but we have a crazy habit of piling on others’ emotional trauma as well. We need this time to ourselves. It is critical. You-time allows you to re-energize. You can get back to focusing on other people or responsibilities more effectively. This is all a part of good, healthy emotional hygiene.

Self-love, self-care, self-discovery is how we develop, it’s how we heal, and it’s how we grow. I’m always coming up with fresh, cute, creative ways to shower ourselves with more love. I’ll help you introduce more positivity and more energy into your life. I’m here to show you that it’s totally possible and you can do the things you’ve always wanted to do for yourself, by yourself.
