I do not believe in fad diets. Fad diets fail because they do not teach you how to listen to your body. I offer fresh insights to create healthy, sustainable, lasting change. I believe in holistic movement. If Monday, you want to hit the gym, but go to Yoga on Tuesday, Wednesday go pole dancing, Thursday go to a Pilates class, Friday dance all night, Saturday take a Spin class, by all means -- move that body. My focus is to encourage you to help you discover the workouts that make you the most happiest. Get moving the way you want to. Studies show that exercise helps with depression, anxiety, and stress. The more you move, the better you will feel. I suggest highly effective workout tips and private online personal training lessons to get your to your body goals. I will help you create a habit of what feels good to your body and for your body. Take control over your body, your happiness, your inner peace.
Traveling always does this weird thing where it reminds me that the world is so much bigger than myself and my problems. There’s so much to see, there’s so much to experience and I always learn something fascinating about myself in each country. This reminds me to be patient with myself and others. Traveling also challenges us to get off our phones and focus on the present moment. At the end of my travels I feel recharged to attack my dreams and goals. It’s so important for us to do more things that set our soul on fire, that makes us feel alive, that fulfills us. Traveling does that for me.
