75 SOFT Holistic Challenge Guide
A wellness challenge designed to help us commit to better daily habits, a better diet and more discipline. This is a mild version of 75 HARD to meet ourselves halfway. The goal is to level up in every way, but in the most gentle and practical way. The holistic version will help us to do that but on a mind, body, soul level with more specific details. We are doing a deep dive into our diet, who we are as emotional eaters, and learning how to eat more intuitively. You will not have to figure out a diet, you will not need to figure out how to make your meals more plant-based or daily habits to help you hit your goals all on your own. That is where I come in. The goal is to build daily habits that help us eat better. Weekly food shopping, having a daily routine, sticking to a to-do list, all the daily practices we need to properly show up for ourselves. It goes beyond how we eat, but it’s all in how we live. Cheers to committing to 75 days of leveling up mind, body, soul.
